Description   Sagaform's Edge is a unique range of knives and knife sets. Designed by Pascal Charmolu, the clean Japanese lines speak for their clean, functional philosophy. The EDGE blade is fashioned from high-quality molybdenum/vanadium 1.4116-steel, hardened to Rockwell 53-55 HRC. The distinctive Edge profile is created by first punching out the blade and then honing its finish. The knives are extremely easy to sharpen, even for the novice. EDGE handles are of hollow 18/8 stainless steel. EDGE's uniqueness lies in the fact that the blade runs through the entire handle where it is anchored at the back, giving the knife both resilience and strength, Each knife is individually designed to strike a perfect balance between the handle and the size and weight of the blade. To maintain the best cutting quality, EDGE knives should not be washed in the dishwasher. All Edge knives come in a handsome metal gift box.   Features Contains 8" Chefs Knife, 8 1/2" Bread Knife and a Fileting Knife.
