Description   Light pink in color with strawberries, spices aromas and flavors that picked up a slight herbal element on the palate. It had a huge structure and very vibrant mousse. It seemed tight and took a while to open up. There is potential for improvement. We served this as an aperitif and it was a mistake as it was fairly powerful to start off a meal.
